How can I pay for my order?
Electwind accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.
Is it necessary for me to have an account to buy and item?
Yes and this is made with your own convenience in mind. By creating (or using) an account during the purchasing process you will have things made so much easier for you!
Which shipping providers do you use?
We use shipping services, (UPS, FedEx, or DHL) for all orders.
How long it will take to receive my order?
You should receive your order within 4-7 business days. Due to Covid-19 orders may take longer to arrive.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.
Can I return or exchange my order?
You can exchange your order if it was received in a damage condition. Returns will be excepted within thirty days if the order was dammaged.
Do you offer any kind of discounts?
We offer a reward points system for every customer. We offer more discounts if you get a yearly membership with us.
Do you accept orders Internationally?
We accept orders international from all over the world excetp for P.O. Boxes.
