All-around approach to shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
FREE Standard Delivery
We offer FREE Caribbean Delivery on all orders* (*Excludes the larger Wind Turbine which requires a specialist freight service).
This is our standard delivery service and takes approx. 2-6 working days.
If you need your order more quickly, Express delivery is available for most products. The cost of this is calculated per order as it is based on the weight of the products.
Express delivery is not always available for larger or more specialized products which are made to order.
Please give us a call (758) 486 – 8269 if you have an urgent order for a wind turbine, large wind or turbine tower to check availability.
Express worldwide shipping is also available – the cost of this varies per order as it is calculated by weight.
All website prices include EC VAT at 20% – For orders outside St. Lucia the 20% VAT will be removed during the checkout when entering a the shipping destination.
Couriers we use for delivery of smaller items are DHL Parcel, DPD Local freight. For larger items or overseas deliveries we use the couriers TNT, FEDEX, DHL or UPS.
For the large sizable wind turbine we use a bespoke freight service.
Ensuring Deliver of Goods
All goods are protected, wrapped and dispatched from our warehouse. All products are quality checked before they are wrapped and packed for dispatch to ensure that your purchase reaches you in good condition.
However, from time to time we do understand a small number of products can get damaged in transit via the couriers. When your purchase arrives you have 24 hours to report any damage, if your delivery turns up and appears to be damaged please highlight this with the courier and annotate this before signing the delivery note.
Please inspect the wind panels as a priority to ensure that no damage has been done. Should your package turn up late or incomplete can you please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your customer order number, contact details and the issues.
Typically emails take 24 hours for a response and are dealt with between 10am and 11am Monday to Thursday. If you do not receive an email back from us within this time please call us on (758) 486 – 8269.
